The Hawaii Council of Teachers of Mathematics 

  • providing teachers with opportunities for the exchange of ideas and materials regarding instruction in

    mathematics.

  • furthering the cooperative study of ideas relating to the teaching of mathematics at the elementary, secondary, and college levels.

  • fostering more effective mathematics teaching at all levels of instruction in the schools of Hawaii by offering meetings and workshops of the types not available through other organizations and institutions in Hawaii.

  • an affiliate organization of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

 

Membership runs from September 1 through August 31 of the following year.
